2007 STOKE 3½ MARKET HARBOROUGH 4½ In their last 150 matches Stoke Seniors had only suffered one losing double once (home and away defeat by the same team in the same season) and this was to Market Harborough in 2006. Here Market Harborough accomplished the feat again but by the narrowest of margins. In the last game the Stoke pair were four down and pulled back to lead one up when they reached the 18th hole, only to lose that hole and halve their game. Richard Leverett had an eagle two on the sixth hole when he holed his four iron second shot.
